Here is a simple month-by-month timeline showing the clear progress of your future home:
Phase 1: Pre-Construction and Earthworks (Months 1 to 6)
This phase prepares the raw land for heavy structural foundation work across the 5-acre plot. Excavation machines clear topsoil, level the terrain, and dig 3 underground basement parking levels. Heavy piling rigs drill deep into the hard bedrock strata to pour thick concrete pile foundations. This reinforced foundation matrix supports the colossal structural weight of the 49 residential floors above.
Phase 2: Structural Development (Months 7 to 24)
Now the high-rise towers begin to grow into the West Hyderabad skyline. The construction teams build reinforced basement pillars and pour concrete for each successive floor slab using modern formwork technology. You will see the Godrej Epoque progress move fast as new floor levels appear every few weeks. This phase brings the most visible structural changes to the project site.
Phase 3: Brickwork and Internal Work (Months 25 to 36)
At this stage, the building starts to take the shape of proper homes. Workers build the outer walls with light concrete blocks and make room walls inside the apartments. Plumbers fix water pipes inside the walls, while electricians place wires through covered pipes. After this work is done, the workers apply a smooth layer of plaster to the inside walls. This gives the apartments a clean base for the next stage of work.
Phase 4: Finishing Stage (Months 37 to 48)
This is the stage when the flat starts to look like a finished luxury home. Workers install floor tiles, paint the outside walls, and fit the main doors. They also put in glass windows and complete the work in the 25,000 sq ft clubhouse. Once these jobs are done, the homes will be ready for the next step, such as interior work and final finishing.
Phase 5: Final Handover Stage (Months 49 to 54)
The main building and design work is completed at this stage. The team then checks all key systems before handover. This includes testing the lifts, backup power, and fire safety systems to make sure they work well. The garden areas and swimming pools are also completed. After all the required checks, the developer applies for the Occupancy Certificate (OC) from the local authorities. Once the needed approvals are in place, the homes can be handed over to buyers. The possession date for Godrej Epoque is planned for 10 January 2031.
